How soon can I return to my normal routine?

You may experience swelling or redness after treatment. However, many people can return to their normal routine on the day they are treated, depending on the treatment received.

Are there any Do's and Don'ts?
Your consultant may advise avoiding things like wearing makeup on the treated areas, extended periods in the sun, saunas, UV rays or very cold temperatures for a while.
Should I book a follow-up treatment?
